Severance Agreement Reviews
Often times, employers will offer a terminated employee a “severance agreement.” Typically, such agreements offer the terminated employee a relatively small amount of money in exchange for the terminated employee’s agreement to release all claims the terminated employee may have against the employer. Such severance agreements may also purport to restrict the terminated employee’s future employment or business, among other things.
